Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Bhangra, Gentle Fitness, Toning, Balance...

A total workout combining dance, gentle fitness and balance.

Time- 9.15am - 10.05am

Level of intesity - low - Medium (lower or higher impact options can also be offered)

Parking - Parking available on the roads surrounding fellowship house

Cancellations or holidays dates -

Classes are term time only unless specified otherwise

In special circumstances where any classes may need to be cancelled money paid upfront will be carried over or extra sessions will be added in where possible

Money can't be refunded or carried over if you miss sessions so please consider both full term or PAYG options before booking

Registration - You need to register to make a payment, but once you have registered it should be very quick and simple to make a booking. Just remember you Username and password :)
